I think passport is not requested with inland applicants, they need to visit IRCC office or port of entry to get the interview done and apply for their PR card.So first COPR arrived and then passport request???
I don't even think there is an office meeting/flagpolling allowed right now. There is a new process that they will instruct on. I heard that at present applicants are exempted from interview and they are directly getting PR card in mail at their address or it is getting done over phone, but no authentic confirmation yet. All of that will definitely be mentioned in COPRI don't even think there is an office meeting/flagpolling allowed right now. There is a new process that they will instruct on.
