Looks like no one from Kitchener-Waterloo yet this week I'm AOR 25 March. The "location analysis" sheet in

I called IRCC and Serivce Canada about what order/sequence they are scheduling biometrics appointments. Both didn't have answer to any of my question. Service Canada proved to be the laziest department. Always trying to hide themselves behind the excuse of COVID-19.

Biometrics - STILL WAITING
Location - Petawawa,ON (nearest SC location is OTTAWA)

People who have applied in July-Aug received calls already while Applicants with AOR March or earlier are still waiting.
Poor and Unfair service.

Hi Guys,
Congratulations to everyone who got a call from SC.
I am not sure who the administrator of the tracking sheet is?
I was wondering if SC is NOT calling applicants who have dependents overseas. Let us see if this has been the trend since start.
Can the admin of the tracker please add a Column to the sheet to mention if dependent of PA is Inland or outland and if dependent biometric complete or pending. We can observe if there is any such trend.

Hey all. I got a message to pay my rprf on the 31st of august and it should be done within 7 days. I paid the next day sept 1st but uploaded the receipt after 7 days. Could this be the reason I haven’t gotten a call yet?

Yesterday, I have missed a call from no caller ID probably SCO . call got disconnected after just two rings. I think it might be technical error. When can I expect call again ?? I am worried.

Get a call from unknown on Oct 1st, a female voice is speaking, asking for a name that I can't recognize. So I told her that she got the wrong number and hang up. Now I am really afraid that this is the service Canada calling for biometrics but the officer didn't pronounce my name right, my legal name is a Chinese name. Don't know what to do now.. Does anyone have any advice?

My AOR is Feb. 23. Still no call...

I just sort of submitted my biometrics. They tried 10–15 times (it took an hour!) and finally got some fingerprints but all the fingers were not very well visualized. The collection agent said she will put in a note saying "skin condition" and since most of my fingerprints are kinda acceptable, it should be okay. I do not have any skin condition, so I have no idea why the machine would just not read my fingerprints properly. I think she was perhaps tired of trying so many times, that's why she chose to accept them as they were. Now I am home and I can see that the biometrics info has been updated in my application. Is there a likelihood that IRCC will send me a repeat biometrics request once the biometrics already appear updated and "valid until 2030" in the system? Sigh. I have given biometrics at RCMP before and not faced any issues. I have no idea what on earth happened today.

when you get any update on your file plz also let us know, as some people got COPR the very next day their biometrics got updated, wish you luck.
