Can someone share the process of student visa, for someone who is 35 would like to apply student visa for Canada. What are the chances of Visa approval?

You need to share a whole lot more details than just your age to get anybody's attention on this forum.
To get approved for a study permit at 35 you need to apply for a master's degree or PhD at a top public university.
It's the same process for everyone.
Chances of approval depend on your profile and what you plan to study in Canada.
Better than someone's who's 40 and less than someone who's 30. Choice of program matters the most.

If you are from Nigeria, the chances are pretty low, you have to really convince the VO on why you want to take a diploma. Provide all your details so we can assist you further.
What kind of funds you have, ties to Nigeria (family, business, etc.), work experience/educational history, etc.
But you should not expect to be approved for a diploma at your age.
Applied for a student permit at 35 - for a diploma course that is completely unrelated to anything I have learned in my life. Got approved without any issues. This happened back in 2019. Don't know if things have changed now. I was already in the country on a temporary visa before I applied for the student permit.
