I am a bit confused by the FBI website. Is there a way to get faster processing than 12 weeks if you're not a USA citizen and currently residing in Canada? I was planning on sending a letter by mail like the last time but seems now you can start the process online and then mail in the fingerprints. Is this faster? Thanks!

Yes, they just email you in 2-3 days as soon as finger prints reach them. So you can get softcopy in email in a week.
The mailing of course takes 2-3 weeks to reach Canada but it comes in a week to US address.

I got my soft copy within 10 days of mailing fingerprints and another 10 days for mailed copy.

Perfect! We registered online yesterday and will send the fngerprints today from Canada.
Can we use Canada post?
Also, do we have to pay for return courier or just 1
