Hello, will be apply for a visa extension for the 2nd time, as i wait for a marriage certificate we couldnt get married ealier as city hall was not open to provide marriage licence.
Question for visa extension
1. They say to provide a marriage certificate which we dont have
2. Can i ask for 1year
3.purpose of visit the space is limited. Should i say waiting for marriage certificate OR applying for spousal sponsership.

1. You need to provide it or provide a letter of explanation saying why you don't have it.

2. You can ask, you may not get.

3. If you put purpose of visit as awaiting the marriage certificate, technically you're saying you'll leave when you get the certificate. Is that what you want the visa officer to think?

Where they ask if there is more information you would wish to share to support your relationship, is one supposed to write like how we met and how the relationship grew until todate, and the space isnt enough does irrc provide extra sheet for more space or i just type and print my own

As the guide says, you type and provide your own sheets. IRCC does not provide any.

I have a qn we got marrird but marriage certificate will take a while, and my spousal applications is ready, i wrote a letter of explanations why i dont have it at the moment but i will be sending it in as soon as i get it. On webform do you think they will send it back to me as imcomplete.

Yes, you should assume the application will be returned as incomplete even if you submit a webform. This is the standard process if the application is submitted without a marriage certificate.

But they say in the document checklist to provide a letter for any missing document and i called irrc and they said i should provide a letter

Ultimately it's really your choice. I would personally wait but that's just my opinion. Even pre-COVID, people had to wait for their marriage certificates to be processed before submitting their applications and this sometimes delayed application submission by months.

The IRCC help desk unfortunately gives out wrong / uninformed answers regularly so anything they say cannot be relied on. It may work - however you are also risking having your application returned and we've seen lots of applications returned on this forum as incomplete for this reason. Again, ultimately up to you.

Hello happy easter holidays just have a quick question on imm 5532 part c #4 where they. If your not living together have you visited eachother should i leave it black or say yes. And give details where my sponser visted me.
