Same as me.....I got reply after 10 days for receiving doc.

I am July AR applicant , after PAL in Dec,2019, nothing in my file, Only 4 months left in the processing time, I called IRCC and asked for medical updated, doctor submitted it on 14th Sep, how long will it take to pass ?

I also asked why so many applicant applied after getting their decision made while I am still waiting for MR and finally did upfront, she told the same story each file is different , not married to a same person, not from the country, bla bla, there are many factors, I can not accept that all 300K file are unique, whatever then I asked why should I do if my processing exceeds, she said you can call us when we will send a message to speed up your application, however Due to F COVID, they don’t do it now, she also said they may change in 4 months.

that’s my message I hope it will be useful for some one. How long will it take to pass medical ?

Some of us 96% .25 days left .we finish allthe requirements. But no update.waiting 19 month

Just an advice For all who are waiting for medical requests, just go ahead and do upfront medicals. It will give boost to your application for sure.
Just my point of view

Not everyone..
Some can wait even longer until they get their medicals checked by an officer ...

No COPR and no updates since March 12th 2020, date since my application was approved on GCMS.

Waiting is transversal to any applications.

And still, there are outland applicants landing in Canada everyday.
It is what it is.

Today I got some good news about my BOWP.
Applied April 1st, approved today

I just got a call from IRCC from a private number.
They asked if I and my family are currently in Canada, when we landed, port of entry, and if ever we travel outside after we came, then she told me: "congratulations, you are now PR, we will send you the confirmation letter"
