I am inland. AR March 2019 No COPR and no updates since March 12th 2020, date since my application was approved on GCMS. Waiting is transversal to any applications. And still, there are outland applicants landing in Canada everyday. It is what it is.

It has nothing to do with vaccine. Some outland applicants are continuously landing in Canada and they are not vaccinated against Covid. There has to be a different reason only IRCC knows.
