Have you tried to contact the shipping company? They can give you way more info. than the usual tracking method.

UPS is crap in Canada, always use FedEx, they are the best.

Any idea why?

There was Tropical storm teddy over the past 2 days in Nova Scotia. Could be a reason for the delay. Mine went through Dieppe to Goffs within 1 hr.
