I just finished talking to a service Canada agent, he told me that the call is a General process not PROVINCE by province (‍♀).

Another confusing part is that the agent said that they're calling based on the day we received the biometric letter not the day applied for PR or AOR.

If you think you're almost done, get a sit and wine, it's going to be a long ride

Seriously? So stupid. It should be province by province, in fact, city by city. What is the point of the phone calls being organized generally when the actual biometric collection will happen in different locations which have different case loads. I am so fed up of them. This is being managed so poorly!

So we don't even know how long we have to be chained to our phones. Months probably.

This is weird because somebody who got their calls in low population ares have May AOR so if they are calling by application date, they should be calling Jan and Feb AOR's first

Say Nova Scotia has 20 people in Lind for biometrics and Ontario has 100. If they call by province or city, all 20 people in NS will get done with their biometrics faster. But now we are all in one pile and waiting for them to call according to dates. So if all those in NS got BIL in Sept, they will have to wait until SC calls Sept batch. It makes no sense, when they can reduce their work loads faster going by province or city together with dates.

Hello guys just want to ask because I received BIL on last week July 2020. I renewed my Passport today and the Consulate asked me to surrender my current passport and they will returned it to me once the new one will released, now I am waiting for a call from SC Officer for biometric enrolment, so I dont know what Identification I will present once the appointment was made. I am in province of Ontario GTA, I have ON Photocard and passport photocopy. My new and old passport will released last week of November.

Please need advice. Thanks
