Hi, Thank you! Also, one of the letters does not have a very formal letter head. It is a startup. So they just have a company logo, below that address and email of supervisor and contact info, and then job duties and responsibilities with name and signature of my manager. I am worried whether it will be taken as authentic, because I feel it does not look like a very formal letterhead.. I am also attaching the paystubs for that job. What do you think? I can attach tax returns as well. if that helps

But it was a paid job during the summer, 40 hours per week. I got points for that as well. So is there any issue if it says I was a student worker? The paystubs mention the name of my university and not the research organization exactly, because ultimately, the salary came from the university.

If there is anything missing, you can explain it in LoE. IRCC does not make it mandatory to include IT returns or paystubs for jobs outside Canada. IF you are including them, no harm.

Hi. The date the letter was issued is missing. I have asked them to send it again. But their letter head looks 'not so formal'. That is all. Also, most of my letters have digital signatures. Is that a problem? Because mostly employers send letters by mail.

Can someone please suggest me which NOC code will be most suitable for easy processing with more points and what duties need to be mentioned on experience letter. Either all duties in the selected NOC code to be mentioned or it is not required to mention all. Please help me in this.

The job title has no relevance. What matters is that your job duties listed in your work reference letter should "substantially" match the job duties listed in the NOC selected.

You organisation may decide to all your position as HR Ninja. You will not see any such designation in the NOC list.

For most the NOC will be 4112. It does not what your designation is. What matters is your job duties. The job duties listed in your work reference letter should "substantially" match the job duties listed in the NOC selected.

Also no specific NOC will not get you more points.

Hi - all you can do is wait for directions from IRCC. There is no way to expedite the process regardless of approval.

Regarding the last question, sorry I did not get you. So, the average number of hours is the same as I mentioned in the express entry profile. Was just clarifying that because hours every week were varied, That have mentioned average number of hours per week.
Similarly, for salary, they have mentioned average salary per week, not annually, because I was paid by the hour, and not annually.

I hope that is fine, because there is no other precise way I think. Please guide.

For passport, you can do the renewal at the earliest. IRCC needs your passport to be valid for 6 months atleast. For medicals, you can do it either upfront or wait for IRCC. There are chances that medicals would be extended but it depends on the VO.

Hi. Thanks. Also, my evaluated Masters degree is Master of Science in Computer Science. What is the closes option to choose for "Field of study" in Education and history? I had chosen Computing/IT, while filling up EE profile as well. Is that fine? I am not sure of any other suitable option. Thanks.

If your medicals are about to expire, IRCC will either give you an extension or ask for re-medicals. This is at the discretion of IRCC and will happen on a case by case basis.
