Thank you! That's it though, no need to call IRCC to have COPR validated or something?

I have sent my photos yesterday as well. Would you know how long they would mail the PR card? Thank you.
yeah no need to call ircc for sure. I also got PR on thursday that's why i don't even know how much time it will take .

If you have open work permit I don't think it would affect you. You have to inform of the change of employer
I ask the provincial officer, she said if ircc is ok with this, she is ok. If ircc did not accept this, she will put my case on hold until I find a new job. As in our province, u can change the job but the new job needs to meet the same criteria (but in our provinces, the company needs to be established at least two years, but new company means not qualified). I am worry about it. Already find a lawyer on my side, and wait for his reply.

Hello, I need your help. I am under PNP with job offer, open work permit and no restriction on my nomination. The owner told me he might open a new company to take over this one (as it can get better rental offer), he will still hire me and every thing is the same. Will it affect my immigration? A little worry about it.
No it won't!
All you need is to contact OINP & update your PNP employer information.

Make sure your new company and position qualifies for OINP.

I did the same earlier this year

Guys, whose case is inland with outland dependents and already got DM ?

Some people said Ircc will not make decision with the cases that include Outland dependents unless the border reopen. Is that true?
Yes this is true. I am inland with outland dependents. Everything is done ✔. Eligibility +Criminality +Medical+Security all passed. Even eCAS was showing decision made for two weeks but than again it is showing in process. When I call IRCC, the agents are not helpful at all. They will tell what you already know(I am sorry but they are wastage of time and resources).Their standard response is "Oh nothing to worry".
20 months passed and I am still waiting. I think IRCC officers love my file. They will not easily get rid of me.
