With the Canadapost Xpressport tracking number given to me I was able to track it on Canadapost app on my phone
Item accepted Mississauga, ON Aug 28 at 1:11pm
Item processed Mississauga, ON Sept 01 at 7:55pm
Item arrived Calgary , AB Sept 3 at 1:39am
Item processed Calgary,AB at Sept 3 at 6:19am
Item out for delivery Calgary,AB Sept 3 at 7:46am

Will you please share as to whether any verification call was received by your guarantor or references and if yes then when they called your guarantor after receipt of your passport application with Passport office.? I am just curious as till date no call has been received by my guarantor despite the fact that my application has been received by them on 13th August,2020. Regards

I did not ask my guarantor if passport office called or not.

No need to get any stamping on Canadian passport. You just have to use OCI booklet & Canadian passport to travel to India.

My application date is also same as you - 15-July-2020 & got my OCI today. Please update me when you receive Surrender certificate since I have also not received Cancelled Indian passport & Surrender certificate.

I am about to receive my OCI booklet tomorrow. But, I haven't received my Surrender Certificate & Indian passport yet. I checked BLS tracker. It shows "processing at consulate general". Did anyone receive OCI first & surrender certificate later? Pls reply. Thanks.

Received OCI card for myself and my child today. our timelines are as follows:

Date Of Acknowledgment: 04-AUG-2020
Registration Status at Mission: TORONTO
Documents Printing Status PROCESSED On 25-AUG-2020
Dispatched From MEA (OCI ) NEW DELHI On 25-AUG-2020
Document received At TORONTO On 25-AUG-2020

Hi s23srinivas. I again contacted passport office and the reply was same Due to COVID19 wait for 2 weeks more for issuance of Passport" and what about you, have you received any communication from Passport office?

No sir. I have not received any response from the passport office yet.
I plan to wait this week out and call them next Monday to check the status.
