I believe they have assigned all applications till 13th march to different visa officers and applicants of march are getting AOR on daily basis. From march 13 Onward lockdown started and there will be a gape of AR dates may be for 15 days as DHL and Canada post were not delivering packages.

Congrats to all who got AOR today....look like IRCC is 6 months behind (AOR going for 1st week of March)
