I did not upload, I did medical exam 6 months ago and then I submitted the result with my application base

I sent the emedical sheet that gave me in the clinic and a note saying something like "attached you will find the confirmation of my medical exam"

For paperbased applicants it's recommended to go for upfront medical when 12 months remaining in processing bar.

When you decide to go upfront, you have to do it for everyone that is in the process with you. I did the same.
