My classes start on 8th and I do not have an AIP until 6th.

I will have to withdraw by tomorrow i.e. 7th for a tuition refund or I lose a ton of tuition.

I will lose the tuition fee if I do not withdraw.

I have emailed my college to withdraw. They usually take 10 days to respond, if I get AIP during this time, something may work out.

Is there a reason you cannot study online?

If I start studying and I am later refused for a visa, I do NOT get a refund. I cannot risk thousands of dollars on fickle minded IRCC VOs.
