The requirements for applying through online and paper are different (dont know for what reason). I have applied once before and did attach my exit-reentry paper but it really made no difference as they still rejected me on ‘immigration status’ so it really is upto you if you want to attach.

It isn’t necessary, you can provide it IF you want to for the maximum validity which I guess is 360 days.

I guess you can write it in the application form in the ‘total funds available for stay’ section the total of all 3 bank statements. And then you can give all 3 of them as a proof.

Hey everyone, I’ve applied for my study permit before but I was refused. I’ve already done my biometrics so wanted to ask that if I apply again, will my application be processed in 2 stages? Or will it be completed in principal if it is approved? (Non-sds)
