I've been hearing a lot that winter intake 2021 will also be online, is it true?
I've been admitted to HEC Montreal for Jan 21 intake and would go crazy if they hold online classes for the entire intake and international students won't be allowed to go to Canada.
What's your take on this? has IRCC officially announced that the borders will be closed for international students till April 2021? Since they've opened their borders for the US applicants
Should I wait before I apply for my study visa?

Did you get AIP then refusal, or just outright refusal?

Initially, students were saying they received AIP from Edmonton. However, Pakistani students who received AIPs yesterday said no office was mentioned.
I’m feeling this September AIP wave is coming from Abu Dhabi. Is there any way we can confirm office of these September AIPs?

Yes, my class started on 8th Sept, as my course has only one intake per year so I have no choice. But I am now so desperately waiting for the final decision. The deadline for the deferral / withdrawal is 22nd Sept.
