Hi Everyone, Thank you for sharing your cases and stories.

CEC - Inland.

AOR = 12-Jun-2020
ADR = 4-Aug-2020
BIL = 4-Aug-2020
MEP = 5-Aug-2020

I have the same case - Status changed from "Action Required" to "Submitted" precisely after one month of BIL.

Same as everyone here, waiting for Service Canada to start processing Biometrics.
Just like @legalfalcon said, Head of Service Canada was an Immigration Minister a year ago, and why they don't cooperate with the current minister now is mind-boggling. Cases in Ontario (and BC) are increasing, and I don't have high hopes for Service Canada to start processing Biometrics now cause they didn't do it when it was far better during the second half summer.
Yesterday I spoke with a person who got PR last year (FSW-Outland). Like you guys mentioned many times above, he never did his biometrics for PR or any other purposes for Canada.
Simple math shows, even if the Service Canada offices will open tomorrow and all Inland Applacants have to give Biometircs, with current safety measures it will easily take more than a month to clear the backlog. I wish they could waive the Biometrics requirement (for now) just like it was last year.

Could you please be a bit more specific on dates which would be of more informative to others.
I mean dates when you passed the eligibility, criminality, medical, and GCMS issued date.....

Lol, I think you are confusing whatever I said with legalfalcon. I said it's Ahmed Hussen (ex-immigration minister) who is now responsible for Service Canada. Certainly, it is very baffling to see the lack of co-ordination between him and the current minister Marco Mendicino. I understand Service Canada has to deal with other things, but you can not be using this excuse forever to maintain the status quo.

This is my 2 cents. I think they are waiting for the situation to get 'better' than it is right now. It is already September and none of the March applicants have got any approvals. If they do not find a way to finalize all these applications with or without biometrics sooner than later, they can kiss good-bye to Express Entry and go back to the way it was. It will take longer than a month to clear the backlog. Seriously, I do not understand why they can not actually provide services that can not be done online. What is the point of re-opening these centres if they can't provide an in-person essential service? I think they started re-opening on July 7th and it's Sept 8 now, how long are they going to take to 'slowly' roll out services in phases? It has been 2 months already and the frustration is only growing every day.
