Including Canada born child in PR application

Hi All,

I am in process of filing PR application along with my wife under CEC class after receiving ITA, and we both hold Indian passport However I am not sure if I need to include my child in the PR application or not. He was born in Canada in January 2020. Please help.

The child appears in the family information form but is not a dependent in need of sponsorship as they are a Canadian citizen.

Hi, Thank you for the response, however I would like to ask more precisely that do I need to enter child's details under "Accompanying, PR Child Form"? I understand that I must enter his details under family information.

No, that form is for those being sponsored. Since the child is already a citizen, do not enter on that form.
