I legally changed my name and applied for a new certificate, application was received August 19, 2020. If it is approved how long does the “decision has been named” take?

If your urgent request reason is genuine they will process within month.

Thanks for sharing! My request was approved on September 01, 2020 as well. CIC confirmed the certificate is being mailed out today to Florida my address.
