hey guys will there be a line added to ecas status after one gets email for virtual oath invitation......i got virtual oath inviation yesterday for sep 2 oath but nothing is added to ecas as yet....thoughts?

My ECAS was not updated about the oath invitation.
The last line added after the citizenship test invitation was "You became a Canadian citizen on July 30, 2020."

I Just got invited for virtual citizenship. Processing location - Calgary.

Ceremony date - Sept 10

Anyone here from the Aug 20th Ontario virtual Oath ceremony?

My ECAS status hasn't changed yet from "decision made". I called the IRCC center today; they said that they haven't yet sent the citizenship certificate, and they're not sure if the citizenship certificate has been received or processed yet.

Anyone in the same boat?

Finally my journey has been over its was very smooth zoom oath ceremony took approx 30 minutes and Mississauga office staff was very cooperative, One good advise make sure you have a good auto focus cam because they want to verify two piece of ID's very clearly.

Did you get a Citizenship certificate Number, after your ceremony, just curious.... I wanted to know if I can apply for passport before getting the physical citizenship certificate mailed to my address.
A citizenship certificate number is needed on the passport form.
I want to apply for my passport atleast 2 days after my zoom ceremony. Rather than wasting 2-4 weeks waiting for the physical citizenship certificate.

They will not issue any certificate number online you have to wait 2 to 4 week to receive original certificate in order to apply passport but yes you can request for fast process if you have to travel very soon. Officer asked me If you have any travel plans in a week or so.

Today I have received an email invitation for virtual Oath Ceremony for September 4th.
My Application timeline is:
Single application from MONTREAL office
Application send 8 July 2019
Application received 10 July 2019
AOR 18 September 2019
Test invitation 25 November 2019
Test passed 17 December 2019
Decision Made 24 December 2019
Oath Ceremony Invitation 27 August 2020
Oath Date 4 September 2020

My ECAS status hasn't changed yet from "decision made". I called the IRCC center today; they said that they haven't yet sent the citizenship certificate, and they're not sure if the citizenship certificate has been received or processed yet.

Did you call IRCC call center number? MY ceremony was on 17th aug and status was changed immediately to complete on 18th aug.. But still havent received certificate yet..

Yep Did call the IRCC support center - they said that they haven't yet sent the citizenship certificate, and they're not sure if the citizenship certificate has been received or processed yet.
Not sure what to do next.

Same here. Application delivered July 11, passed my test on Feb 10 in Edmonton. They told me it'd be 2-4 months to verify my border crossings for some reason, so I don't know if my application is held up or on track with everyone else. :-/

Does yours say "In Process" or "Decision Made" in ECAS? I'm still in process.

To me it showed compete the next day of oath, though i didn't receive certificate yet and my oath was on 20th aug.

My eCAS hasn't changed aswell it is still DM i had my Oath last August 24..
