Hey Aby444, How many applicants were in your case? I have applied for myself, my wife and kid and passport application was delivered on 8th Sept. My credit card debited for one application yesterday. Is it normal or do they charge for all applicants at once?

My application was received on 8th Sep and no update yet. i called them today and they said wait till next week as of now they don't have any update.

Hey, I got my certificate...10 days after oath ceremony.

To me it showed compete the next day of oath, though i didn't receive certificate yet and my oath was on 20th aug.

They specifically mentioned not to take picture form phone, their requirement was to scan ad send in the pdf format... to avoid delay better to scan and send.

Read somewhere you can book appointment for urgent passport or apply through mail for normal passport. You may want to check more details on this.
