ThanksThey might have not received your application. I would suggest calling IRCC. That is not normal.
Can you please give the contact number of them
ThanksThey might have not received your application. I would suggest calling IRCC. That is not normal.
I got virtually identical response just some words change for location of file...very weird they use the same sentences around the world.....Perhaps they use a software program to send out responses based on file information available.....I send message regarding my application and this is their response:
"Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We verified the information you provided and can confirm that your application is still in process.
All the required documents and information have been received by the responsible office for the moment.
Due to the ongoing situation related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), some IRCC offices are currently operating with reduced or critical staff only.
We are working on processing applications as quickly as possible; however, processing times are affected and any disruption caused by COVID-19 is not reflected accurately on our website. We will make all the necessary efforts to finalize your application as soon as possible.
Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as a decision is reached or if additional information is needed."

When did your application get delivered?I got similar reply but "We could not find you in the system "
Yes it meAns medicals passedHello everyone, I’m new here! I’m also an August 2019 applicant (actually my husband is) and I’m the sponsor. IRCC received our application August 2nd, 2019 in Sydney,NS and started processing in October so I hope I’m in the right forum.
So far my husband has completed biometrics and medical. The last update we received was medical received mid February 2020.
Does anyone know if “medical received” means medical passed? What can we expect our next steps to be? Also at what point in the process does the file gets sent to another VO? Thanks!
