honestly , they give me a completion date 1 week ago , it's possible that , anyone pick telephone up ,says me that , you (means ME) should wait till completion date

Try calling them as well......i called them as per @Lulu69 advice....

I called them right at 9 AM canadian time and got through in just 10 mins.
