Processing of Incoming Mail
Documents received in our WES Canada office by August 18, 2020, will be processed by September 3, 2020.
Documents received in our WES Canada office by August 26, 2020, will be processed by September 10, 2020.
Documents received in our WES U.S. office are being processed within 3-5 business days.

In the meantime WES changed the process of how to send the documents for my country so they rejected my documents (only the translation were accepted), and on Monday I asked education ministry to send my degrees (this is the way now). Since Monday I'm back on step 1 where they are processing my new documents. The good part is that my common-law partner's profile is now in progress. I don't know how much it takes to process some electronic degrees and I don't want to call them again....for the moment.

August 24: “We are reviewing your documents. Your evaluation is due for completion on 9/21/2020.”
August 25: “Your report is under final review and your evaluation will be sent to your recipient(s).”

Waiting for Final Report now. Initially, my University sent my transcript on August 4 but it listed courses which I am taking for another degree in the coming semester so there was a confusion and delay going back and forth. But once they sent the proper transcript, it was quick.

It’s been over 48 hours now. Still waiting for final report.

Mostly this would not be accurate , I've also heard that during the month of Aug the assessing speed from WES side is increased , however , at least for me , nothing happen whereas many one got their ECA.
If you remember for 20 Jul also they gave a notice but first your update as much as I remember was 5-6-7-8 of this month , exactly 1 week after they notice
