Just put your intent out in the simplest, best possible ways. If you have a connection/ties in Ontario, be sure to include as of the reasons why you'd love to settle there.

Use the experience you have and how your experience would benefit the province. It's nothing to worry about based on previous applications.

I have connections in Ontario myself, and would definitely include that as one of the reasons I want to settle there. I will include my ties phone numbers and even share a screenshot of chats we have had about me settling there.

It's not that deep. They know there are legal ramifications if you do not fulfill your pledge of staying there for a couple of years too, so they aren't always hard on that. Failure to stay in Ontario after getting a nomination from them could lead to your PR status being revoked. So just put it out plain and simple.

We will be alright.

Thanks for your detailed response. I was accepted as a CPA Ontario member last year and also was planning to get a transfer from my current office to Toronto before the pandemic. Do you think these are good enough for the letter of intent?

Seeing you are my country man in the same circumstances as me, it would be nice to stay in touch. Is it possible to send me a direct message so I have your contact details? Note: I am new here so don't how.

That should do it. You have something to do with Ontario already, so just explain as you've stated here. Outline your plans for Ontario and even mention a particular city that you are going to stay. Don't overthink it, just state it as you have stated here. This thread (https://www.nairaland.com/5471101/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/742#93263671) is also a good place to pose your questions, there are experienced countrymen that went through the same means. All in all, just be natural and truthful because for you to have applied to OINP, your intent to stay in the province is clear. Just convince them a little bit more and that's it.

Hi @Deb-Ola I’ll love to connect with you too. I’m also Nigerian and it won’t hurt to network with other country men.

@Pavisha did you receive NOI today eventually? Did you keep the same Express Entry profile you had when you received the NOI last time?
I haven't received any mail notification and my IRCC credentials are with my consultant and yes my profile must have been the same. my consultant only guided me that even if i don't accept OINP, I still remain eligible for the next one.
