Can someone as part of PR application give Biometric in Canada once Service Canada Office opens ? Has CIC started allowing PR applicants to give Biometric in Canada ?

But do they allow PR applicants who are in Canada to give Biometrics at Service Canada Locations ? I know they are not taking Biometric appoints now but earlier, PR applicants who were in Canada had to travel USA or home country to give Biometric.

I think he is not understanding what "their" in your response is referring to: it is Service Canada, which is a different department to IRCC.

IRCC says on its official website not to travel overseas for biometric if you are inland applicant. So, officially, you are not allowed.
