None for us after 13 weeks wait, estimated wait time at moment of application was 8 weeks. CAQ took 13 weeks too, 26 weeks so far.

Well, still waiting since 13 may, I applied with a completed application With an immigration lawyer for fall 2020 but still did not hear anything. My lawyer sent many requests but got no answers, And there some people are saying that the IRCC just giving AIP letters and holding the refusal answer till later. That made me feel really stressed because the London office has given to some people who applied after me, seen 2 who got AIP letters for now. I don’t want to be negative but it’s really frustrating.

Where did you apply from ? I have a friend who applied in February and got an answer just after 3 weeks, they were answering pretty fast in that time

Looks like my daughter is a rarity, her first stage processing confirmation came at 1.30 on 19th August after 13 weeks wait. One other student waiting to enter Canada from Iran now has hers too, the rest in Germany and France that she is in contact with are all waiting, all of them submitted their applications in May (the universty was so slow to give out offers in retrospect a big mistake mainly beginning February), the did CAQs in February, they all did biometrics in June. Through Paris and Berlin. It is so difficult, in person classes. Now my daughter has ordered GCMS notes, I'm expecting them to show the permit was approved mid to end June.

Have you tried emailing the IRCC office in London?
ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca
I got silence as a reply but the first stage letter did arrive 12 hours after emailing.
I'm still not that happy, after my daughter sent webforms which have received no responsse and it's now 14 weeks, when the estimated processing time was 8 weeks and the total processing time for CAQ and study permit is now 27 weeks.
GCMS notes will arrive soon.
Her classes cannot be done online fully and she has a scholarship for this semester.
