    Yes. the whole think is crazy and not clear at all, I paid one year fees and Im not willing to take any chance to loose my money, so if I don’t get the full approval before 15 September, I would just apply for refund.

    Congratulation, I hope so thanks, and they are not giving a full permit right now, they are just giving this kind of letter, called AIP. When did you get it ?

    Well, still waiting since 13 may, I applied with a completed application With an immigration lawyer for fall 2020 but still did not hear anything. My lawyer sent many requests but got no answers, And there some people are saying that the IRCC just giving AIP letters and holding the refusal...

    well congratulation again its great for you, because i applied from Iceland 13 may online too with a completed application and still did not hear anything from them yet :(, i don't know really how they work, maybe they priority application based on age or the degree, just a guess. but anyway...
