Import and selling online

I have trv visa. Is there any brother let me know that how can I set up business legally in Canada to import scissors from Pakistan and sell online in Canada.

You cannot, except from outside of Canada. A TRV does not allow you to work in Canada.

Since you seem to want to start a business, try the self employed or entrepreneurs category.

You also need to have a permit, a separate piece of paper.

Normally the only restrictions are:

- No work in education or medical
- No work in sex trade
- If you are from a designated country, no work in agricultural

If you’re going to be importing products for a business, CBSA will more than likely require you to get a RM Import account # from the CRA

You need to be talking to someone about setting up a small business. Being self-employed will not qualify you for most PR programs.
