My MP is not even answering my calls or my emails. This is been going for one month. Lots of people are complaining about my MP. What should I do ?

Chances are, the way they are looking at it is you’re 5 months into a process that is estimated to take 12. Whilst it’s frustrating to not have any updates for such a long stretch, they see it as being perfectly acceptable due to the many impacts COVID-19 is having on all aspects of government business and life in general.
I’m not saying I agree, however by bombarding them with emails and calls you’re just making it less likely they’ll be willing to help you or others in your situation when you really need it.

I disagree.

Professionalism means it will just delay key work on all files. It is not about willingness to help x person or y person, just because they queried/complained/whatever, certain policies and protocols ought to be followed in the name of professionalism and procedural fairness.

On the other hand, if that arm of he government communicated what they are doing to process family applications in light of COVID and revising expectations, maybe people wouldn't contact them so much on a case by case basis.

Yeah that’s fair, I agree that there absolutely should be more transparency and better open communication regarding the situation.

It's one, because the second one is just having n/a value instead of AOR1 date. So total 4 have received it.

Edit: ok total 5 as 5th have biometrics date added but not the AOR1, so requesting that user to add the aor1 date as well.

Two people in the whatsapp group received AOR at 2am this morning. Not sure if they are the same as the ones in spreadsheet.
