Ghost update question

I experienced this today, I have applied for WP. Can someone explain what exactly does it mean? I see medicals passed status as the latest update. Medicals passed on 19 June. This is the second time I'm seeing this and suddenly changed back to Submitted.

Has anyone received a ppr or copr after march from india? I am Dec 2019 AOR and my security and criminality check is valid(raised webform and confirmed) and eligibility is reviewed. But I haven't recieved a PPR still. Just got last email on June 2, 2020 that we are still working on your application and no ADR. I am a PNP candidate. What should I do, I am not sure. VFS offices in India are closed(Is that the reason they are not sending PPR's?)

No one can answer for sure.
Some people get updates just like i did. Some people don't get them. There is no way to tell.

I didn't get the PPR e-mail yet. I believe it is because of the closed VFS as well as the overall unstable situation with the pandemics. Did you get your GCMS notes?
I assume no PPRs will be issued until October or November. Right after when the second wave is supposed to come.

No, didn't order gcms notes. i think webform is good option. are you also from india?

Dear forum users,

I have my AOR on Dec 27, meds passed on Jan 17 and biometrics done on Jan 20.

Today on Apr 1 (or mb this week) i have received a Ghost update. I check my profile weekly.

Any idea if it's GH1 or GH2? I never received Ghost update after passing Medicals and biometrics (at least i did not observe any).

Any clue what stage i am at? Please suggest. Thank you.

I Got GU on 2nd July 2020 ( No change in GCkey timeline)..file at NDVO.

Ghost Update - When you log in to GCkey the application says it's been " updated " but none of the fields have changed. Once you logout and log back in, the application returns to being “submitted”. Ghost updates are not announced by email and a candidate must check their profile daily to not miss them.

It is an indication that someone has reviewed your file. If no ADR has been requested, it means the file has moved ahead. I am not sure at what stage this GU happened, it could mean eligibility has been passed and background or security has been initiated.
