It says Eligibility: In progress ( on the 2nd page)
Criminality:In progress
Security: Not started
Medical: Not started
Biometrics: Received
Down on the 7th page
Eligibility:Recommend Interview

I have not received anything after my AOR 2 since march, does this GCMS notes means a “Confirmed” interview?
can I still submit additional evidence of our relationship at this point?
It is very disheartening to have the interview not because we are opposed to the idea, we are just worried how many more months or even year it will drag for the whole process to finish.
I wish spousal sponsorship was given more
priority like express entry skills candidates but here we are even if they have a little suspicion they make us wait years before we can reunite with our family.Especially in this COVID time they could do interviews VIA cam to speed up the process.
Anyone went through similar experience?
Good luck to other husband and wives who are genuine and are struggling to be with their partners for all the hurdles immigration puts us through.

yeah same here, even the vac is open since july 13th but nothing happened yet after Decision Made on march and i am August applicants.
I received our GCMS notes in which it said under
- Notes - "Please request passport and photos" - 2020/06/29.
- Document Issuance - Counterfoil has been created. - 2020/06/29. (Counterfoil is the Visa IM-1)
- Has anyone faced this sort of situation?
- Has anyone directly mailed their passport to Singapore VO?

Hi there i also received an email stating my application is approved. But the vac in Indonesia and bangladesh also myanmar i think still closed so they cant process more further and it’s says until the vac in Indonesia open then they will send me instructions to send my passport.
Yes I have been in a loop to find out when VAC will re-open here. At this point VAC just needs to function as a courier. the VFS office which does the VAC in Bangladesh is open for other countries like UK, Denmark, etc.
It says it will be closed at least till 30-SEP-2020
- Canada Visa Application Centres closed
- Following Ministerial Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration of Canada on April 9, April 29, May 19, June 9 and July 1, 2020 applicants can no longer submit an application for temporary residence in paper at the VAC. New Ministerial Instructions issued on July 1, 2020 have extended this measure until September 30, 2020

After 11 months, I finally got the passport request from the Singapore visa office.
Application received: October 4th, 2019
AOR 1: Nov 20, 2019
Bio Letter: Nov 21, 2019
Bio Done: Nov 28, 2019
File Tranfer: December 5th, 2019
Singapore office: Received file on December 16th, 2019
AOR2: December 31st, 2019.
Medical request March 2nd, 2020
Pre-arrival letter March 3rd, 2020
Medical done and passed : March 5-8, 2020
Decision made: March 23
Passport request : August 17th, 2020.
Good luck for all other members still waiting for the results.
