You send directly to the IRCC or local VO if you know their email address. It will take time for them if you send them via web form. I got the advice from the panel physician.

Hi Ovi6109, You should take the report from the panel physician ( it is called The Medical sheets) , scan and send it via the email to the IRCC or Local VO. I did this way and my medical is passed on Jan 18,2022 (took the re-medical on Jan 14,2022). Good luck to you!

Well, to be honest, I do not know about it. Normally, it depends on your Country of Origin or the IRCC workload , the file will be allocated to the Local VO.
