Same response - they entered my information in the system but the officer hadn’t started looking at it yet, hence no file number /AOR.
I asked why some people in February started receiving AOR, whether there’s a certain sequence - she said there’s a sequence, but applications are assigned to different officers (she mentioned some might be on vacation etc..).
I asked whether there’s still a chance that it might be returned for some reason, and she said that yes, until file number is created, there’s a chance
I thought they create an application number only after the app is deemed complete... Is the address and other details same as where we ship our citizenship application?does anyone know...
when you resubmit your returned application, does the same office work on that file again?

Few members mentioned that they got added to earlier queue but not for some. So it depends on the person who logs it during the second time. is it returned for you even after your record is in prestage of AOR?does anyone know...

Perhaps that is why they have already given application no as there is no missing information in the application form.

I know.. imagine the wait time for us with all the delays and backlog that has been generated already and keeps being generated every day. You mean, you are going to resubmit with MSc documents?I submitted my M.Sc. medium of instruction certificate which state my program in English.
As they have created APP no, I hope this time they will speed up. But look like this is not the case as I still don't have AOR.
