Yes but if they extend it they won’t send a new set of medical instructions unless they asking for u to redo it, They will send a email stating that your medical has been extended etc

This is what we got yesterday from Mexico saying extended for a year . I hope it’s good news for us all .

Oh nice. Yes I’m hoping so too. I noticed a lot of 2018 applicants getting medical extensions or renewal. Prayers for us to get ppr this month!

Yes yes Trinidad VO also is working. We sent an email on Sunday an they replied yesterday saying our file is with an officer. So that’s a little relief. Just awaiting the golden email. Don’t worry We all will get through it.

Trinidad had asked us too and we did it two weeks back. They say that happeneds when they are ready to grant ppr for visa .they would need a new sets of medical to do so , so u can travel. It’s a good sign

Would be nice that this thing is finally moving ! Sent them a lot of additionnal proofs in April this year (they didnt asked just sent them... as in hey ! since we applied all those things happened) and CSQ (which was a mandatory)

Does anybody know if mexico is actually working ?? I see people get pre arrivals but many are saying Mexico is not open . Is this even possible

A read that a lot of people have requests for the medical exam, letters of pre arrival and also decision made on ecas. I guess they can do that from home and the only thing they cannot send is PPR because they can’t receive passports and print visas.

At least you can connect to GCKEY and get all that info to know what they are working on and what has been done. We've never been able to from the start so all I can get is eCas which hasn't updated anything since Nov. 27/19 - 8 1/2 months!! I know eligibility was completed before Jan 7/20 when we received pre-arrival and all they are working on since is background check, so hopefully it doesn't take too much longer!
