Guys my AOR is April 8 CEC and I got reply back from from webform ..
ELIGIBILITY- Currently valid
SECURITY- currently valid
CRIMINALITY- In process.
What does this mean am confused. Can some one help also I have to yet give my biometrics since service Canada is closed.

Your eligibility is passed, security is passed, just give your biometrics and you criminality will pass and then PPR, you got nothing to worry now

RPRF fees - I think this was paid upfront while submitting the application but have requested my consultant to reconfirm. But does that make any difference?

I am considering raising the query via web forum by mid August as I have no one to request GCMS notes in Canada

If not paid upfront and an applicant receives a request for the RPRF fee then it usually means that eligibility is recommended passed or passed.

Here currently valid merely means that the documents to determine eligibility are valid and there is nothing pending. It doe snot indicate of your eligibility is passed or recommended passed.

Ohhh okay. I thought it was passed. So current valid means is it a step behind recommended pass/Met ?

You never know sometimes the info in webforms is not up to date, also it may be that CPC Sydney is really slow , as far as I know the one in Ottawa is the fastest currently , the only certain way to know is to order GCMS or wait a week or two and either call or raise another webform to follow up with the progress of your file.

I just got the webform reply from the IRCC:

The eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied appear to have been met,
you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.
The security background verification has not been initiated.
The criminal background verification is in process.
The same as the last one I got a month ago, it seems like no progress on my application.

Does it mean my eligibility is recommend passed and needs further review by an officer?

How did you request this info? Where did you send the request and what did you write?

I just asked them specifically about the eligibility,criminality and security.
