Birth Certificate Translation from Arabic to English

I was born in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in 1986 and I have my Birth Registration certificate from Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia. This certificate is in Arabic. I am a Pakistani national now and have been living in Peshawar, Pakistan since long so can anyone tell me how to get this certificate translated from Arabic to English in Pakistan? I read that the certificates must be in English or French so can anyone guide me. As far as I have seen, in Pakistan CNIC is translated to English in courts and further attested by a Notary Public.
