Hi, I currently graduated Humber college and applying for PGWP.
CIC website says required document from school is A final transcript or A letter from the institution and/or the formal notice of graduation.
But Humber college says we need Confirmation of Graduation Letter AND Official final transcript.
I received Confirmation of Graduation, I think it is "formal notice of graduation" above the CIC requirment.
To receive transcript, I have to wait for 2 more weeks. If I just follow CIC, I can complete my application right a way.
But I just don't understand why Humber says we need both documents... they mentioned on their website and sent us email as though they emphasize it. I remember even admin lady at Humber also said we need two documents... Humber is exception or something, to strength the application should I be patient to wait transcript?? I can't work until I apply for PGWP, so I wanna submit asap.
Anyone experienced similar thing from Humber or any information, please tell me.
(I'm asking this things to two departments in the college now.)

What did you do in the end?

Strongly suggest you apply with both. Better to wait 2 weeks than wait 180 days and then get rejected for PGWP for insufficient documents
Do you think an unofficial copy of the transcript from the school is enough? I'm hearing it could take 4 weeks for my official transcript to reach me and I just can't go that long without working once I receive my final grades.

On the Canada website, it says: "an official transcript, or a copy of your transcript from your school’s website." I have asked my school, just waiting for a response.

I am not IRCC so I cannot say if they will accept or not but people on this forum in the past have been rejected for submitting unofficial.

I strongly recommend the official transcript as the processing time due to covid is very slow. It will be a lot better. But if you want to apply with unofficial, then send the official one and letter of the application using the webform.
