They cant tell you more than whats on ECAS so whats the point just waste of time.

Some people can’t check ECAS for many reasons. So that’s why, no choice

As far as I know, their phone system is totally down, using Covid as the excuse. I've been trying to call for weeks.

an agent or customer service? customer service will only leave a note, and tell you exactly the same as you could check online
