OINP - Employer Job Offer : Foreign worker stream

Hi,

I am applying for Employer Job offer: Foreign Worker Stream. I have a small issue. I already had a job offer from early 2020, so my employer gave me an employment confirmation letter to support OINP but he forgot to put “$” in front of my annual salary.

What do you suggest guys should i proceed with it because my job offer is ok its just the employment confirmation that has this error. I have already bothered my employer quite a bit for other things like employer form, so i am hesitant to bother him again.

I'm sure this would be fine, you'd be submitting copies of pay stubs with your application too so they will see you're being paid in dollars and not sheep or some other unit of measurement.

Is anyone of you guys also waiting for work permit extension? I applied on March 13th, until now we have around 140 days passed and nothing. I’m just on implied status form May 9th. Don’t even ask about AOR, my PR application was sent at the end of May. This COVID thing drives me crazy...

Your expired work permit is open or closed one?
The extension you're requesting now is for an open or closed work permit?

I have submitted my applications on Jul 28, and today, Jul 31 received by Canada post that my application delivered to office.

1. Should I consider today as date of AR? or are IRCC office will notice me that they have received my application?

2. I know that the timeline to get AOR is very different, however, how long should I expect to get AOR nowaday?

It was closed work permit, LMIA based and applied also for closed one.

1- no, the won't inform you... AR date is today. When they inform you is AOR.
2- Last year it was about 2-3 months... but now, with COVID, people who submitted in since Jan, haven't received AOR yet...

I've had issues accessing the portal all day - very slow this morning and now unable to login.

I had same issue, it look about 10 minutes every time i pressed next. Most of the time it was giving error 502. I kept typing again and again.

It took me more than 5 hours to finish. And today is the 13th day. Tomorrow is last day to submit, i was so stressed.

My job title is Architectural Draftspersons (NOC 2253) and now I want to know if anybody applied through the Foreign worker stream with this NOC 2253?
As a drafter is it fine to prepare and develop architectural designs without certification? I do not have certification as it is mentioned it is voluntary in Ontario, so am I eligible to use these job duties or is it better to delete the design from all job duties in NOC 2253?

The problem is the job title is in the grey area, so I was wondering if I deleted the design from duties, then it would be fine?
the job title is regulated voluntary in Ontario, however, I am worried about the word of design
