I have added my wife's medicals which was done for Visitors( which was done as we are applying for TRV during a pandemic) to the PR file and yesterday they updated the file mentioning that it was passed. So, I updated it in the 2020 sheet as well. Just for group's reference and I think they are back to work again in NS
Sorry is this for TRV or Spousal Sponsorship? Your Visitor visa's medical is going to be used for Spousal Sponsorship?

They did it and so I believe they should do it in general.

For your info, there is no need to do medicals for visitor visa but since we were applying for TRV during the pandemic, we wanted to make sure that she is medically fit to travel, so we did it. Glad it was used for PR application.

Hmmmmm friends I heard someone on this page talking about not getting AOR 1 after 7 months, mine is almost 10 months and I haven't received AOR1 so am about to submit another application.
This is super frustrating.

That doesn’t seem right as you sent your application in pre-COVID and should have received an AOR 1 a long time ago.

Are you sure they received your application? Have you tried contacting them to see if it was returned? Anything like that?

Yes dear, It was delivered to them on 4th November, 2019 till date no update, mean while some November applicants had already received their PR visa long ago, this is not right at all, I followed up so many times and even involved my MP to assist me know where my application is, the most annoying thing was that I submitted original documents per my wife's country's specification and now we have to submit only copies of the original because that's what we are left with.

It has not been easy for us, very stressful and frustration.

I’m so sorry to hear that. Was your MP able to give you any idea as to what’s going on? Have they said anything about whether your application is even in the system at all?

Though I haven’t looked at the tracker for November I’m assuming everyone else has at least gotten AOR1? They should be letting you know something! Especially if your application has somehow been misplaced or if for any reason you need to resubmit. I feel especially bad because like you said, it’s one thing to not know what’s going on if you’ve sent photocopies, another thing entirely if they’re originals.

Why is it their policy to lie to us?
Its like the sky is obviously blue but ircc tells you its green. Not 1 outland aor for anyone on this forum/tracker since March means they are not working- not slow, not anything. Why make children out of us feeding us stupid lies! I guess they know we cant do diddly squat about it, so why bother saying the truth and get people angry at them. I wonder how long will people stay calm and do nothing and eat crap with the "we are working on it" lie.
