Sharing my experience in dealing with WES so far:
Original transcript and other required documents were delivered to WES on 8th of June. The estimation posted on their official website promised that all documents recieved in WES Canada office before 20th of June would be precessed by 22d of July the latest. I called them on 22d of July because the status of my application was still on hold. Since I reside in Russia, calling to Canada is quite expensive so I called via application Yolla which helps tremenduesly as the tarifs to Canada are quite low. Waiting on the line before someone picks up takes around 30-40 min. WES representetive agreed that my documents should have been processed by now and asked for the tracking number to transmit it to the team. The representative told me to wait for an email. In half an hour I recieved an email asking me to provide my tracking number. Since I had just provided it and knowing that the response on an email would take them another week, I immediattely called the second time. In much strict manner I explained that this was not kind of servise I expected for my money and requested immediat actions. After the call I recieved an email stating that my tracking number was forwarded to involved departement.
I called on the next day and got a confirmation from the representative that a note appeared in my account that the original documents recieved by WES on 22d of JUL and the representative asked me to wait for maximum two days for my documents to get scanned (even though the scans of my dics already uploaded by me into the system).
Having no result, I called the next day (24th of JUL), explaining the situation. THe representative confirmed that there was a note in my account that the documents recieved and I need to wait in fact 3-4 business days for my status to change. Then, I called again in a couple of hours to talk with a different representative (because everyone with whome I spoke give different timelines) and recieved an answer that I need to wait until 31st of JUL because the team is behind the scedule they posted on their website.
All in all, all I do is waiting and there seem to be no way to escalate or move forward anything.
I hope it will give someone understanding of how WES works and treat their clients.
