@legalfalcon and all others hope you all are doing well.Please respond to my queries.

I got my webform's response yesterday and the answer was as given below.

The background verifications are currently valid.
The security background verification is currently valid.
The criminal background verification is currently valid.

Although I asked clearly about the Eligibility, the response does not say anything about it. I have been reading your responses to various questions on this forum since a long time and believe that Eligibility and Security are the most cruicial and time consuming steps of our PR applications and that Security Verification does not start until Eligibility is passed.


Do you consider after reading the aformentioned reply of my webform that my Eligibility has already been passed because Security Verification is Valid ?
Does Valid mean Passed or something in-between Not Started and Passed?

Your answers will play an imperative role to relieve my PR application related stress.

In my web response too, as suggested by members here, I requested very specifically about the status of Eligibility, Criminality and Security and I go the following reply:

• The eligibility is currently valid.
• The security background verification has not been initiated.
• The criminal background verification is currently valid.

You’re asking “Text: *****OFFICER REVIEW: ADMISSIBILITY***** What does this mean?”

Officer is reviewing the results of your admissibility checks (security, criminality, medicals etc) which can be found on page 20-30 of your notes.

These web responses are ambiguous. Unless something is expressly stated, interpreting them makes no sense. Instead, you should send another web form and ask agin about eligibility or request your GCMS notes to get a clear picture.

Most likely your eligibility is recommended passed by an analyst or assistant and awaiting a final officer's determination.

Yes. AOR 29th Jan. Eligibility/Criminality/Security Passed Spouse's Medical Expired

When did that expired ? Let us knw if the ask for a new one or grant extension

Hi @legalfalcon , could you shed some light on my application as well? this is my second webform, raised after bar reached 100%. identical to the first webform reply apart from the eligibility part. first webform said its currently valid, here it says eligibility is passed. appreciate your opinion this.

Medical expired sometime in May. No request for new medical yet. Nor this is extended as still coming as expired

Hello, I just ordered GCMS notes sometime early July and got reports now. Under notes 1, I see
Text: PReVU (verified) applicant information. What does this mean? And anyone in CIO Sydney whose criminality and security pending but eligibility passed? AOR is Jan 10
