How long does it generally take to get your passport back after submission ( anybody in London, UK)?

My medical changed to December 17th 2021 passed from you do not need a medical exam.hoping for good news soon!

@legalfalcon My date from the review of medical results changed from Passed- january 24 2020 to " you do need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes". Do you know why would that happen? Bad sign?

Hi, I am an AOR (6th January). I will be moving back to India for a few months and am still awaiting a COPR. How should I inform IRCC about this and is there anything else I need to do?
