We received a medical request in first week of July and passed medicals in 2nd week. ECAS is showing “In Process” since we received Medical request. Is the next step PPR? file moved to Mexico in December 2019.

It could be, or they could request more information or even request an interview. There is really no way to tell!

When did you do your medicals originally? We completed ours March 2019 and still haven't heard if we need to do again or if they will be extended.

I was just reading the globe and mail and saw mention of my case from Ecuador in there by the NDP immigration critic.

My husband did his in June 2019.The medical is valid for 1 year.You should send them an email.

Checked gckey today an medical was updated & passed!!
Just awaiting PPR now!!!! Woohoo!! So happy and relief!!
