Study permit issued before March 18

Hi,
I have been living in Canada since 2016 and I have a lease for apartment for 2020-2021. Also all my clothes are in Canada. I basically have been living in Canada for 4 years. I also have my bank account, SIN. My study permit was issued before March 18, 2020.
however seeing last updates it seems like they say international students should not travel. What do you think?

What would you consider as a proof for being established?
i have a lease for 2020-2021 years, I left all my clothes at the storage, can bring copy of my SIN, can bring bills for the utilities I pay.

This article regarding the online classes so I’m really scared but at the same time I’ve been living in Canada so it should be fine
