Can I fly to another country to give my biometrics for Canada?

It's been 5 months since the visa centers are all closed in my country and I can't give my biometrics to process the visa. My Fiancee already gave birth and I missed everything. Now, my son is 2 months old. It's really frustrating. Does anyone here thought of flying to another country (Im thinking of going to South Korea) just to give the biometrics to Canada?

Sure - if that country will let you in and if their biometric centres are open, then I don't see why not.
