In your assessment on page 2, you have recommend interview. Most applicants who receive a call for an interview is because they are randomly picked up for a quality assurance, or if the officer wants to verify the information.
On page 139, you have a detailed note from the officer who has carriage of your file. As regards NOC 2171, the office has concluded that your JD match based on his search. However, the rest of the note is redacted under section 16. (see
https://www.getgcms.com/blog/s15-s16-top-right-gcms-denote/). Whenever an applicant is called for an interview, the reason for the interview is not disclosed and is always redacted.
Most interviews are very general in nature, where an officer will ask you a few questions about your job or marital status.
At this stage, there is nothing more for you to do as of now. Just be patient. When IRCC starts calling applicants for an interview or decide to do it over phone, they will contact you.
