I don't know what you mean by "ITA application" , I expect you mean that you received an ITA and are submitting the eAPR.

There is no expediting the process. I don't know what kind of letter you want to attach, but it won't make any difference.

Thank you for your reply..
i have sumittted ITA , and attached letter to expedite the process of my application, the profile says that you can request to expedite but no guarantee they will.. i have submitted 10 days ago, i was thinking that they would send msg telling that they reviewed it .. but i did not get

Sorry, still not sure what you are talking about. Applicants do not submit ITA (Invitation to Apply), they receive them.

i received my ITA, i have collected all documents as per checklist and submitted them with request to expedite the process of approving my PR application.. I wonder if they will reply back at least telling my that we reviewed your application and find it urgent/ non urgent
Thank you again for your reply

They are unlikely to reply to your request. It may or may not make a difference.

got it thank you.. last question: do you think they for CEC they check only wether T4a or T4 or also the type of job done.( as my employer only this year he started using T4a for his employees.. ( T4a = self employed ( not for CEC), T4= employee ( Counts for CEC)

They check both.
